本店是不提供面交的，如有不便请见谅！
如果您下了多个订单，我们有提订单合并服务。这样您就可以节省运费了（同一个地方）！运费是根据各位GGMM所订购货物的重量、地点和快递的选择而计算的。
当我们收到各位GGMM付款后，如有货我们会在两个工作天内发货的。（预购的商品除外）
本店所有商品在发货前都会经过专人严厉的检查，以确保商品正常才发货的。所以大致上是没问题的，请各位GGMM放心。
所以货物出门，如邮寄途中有遗失/损坏，本店一律不负责！
当我们发货后，使用 Poslaju 的各位GGMM会在1至2个工作天就可以收到货哦！
而使用Register Mail 的各位GGMM（西马）会在3至5个工作天收到，（东马）会在5-7个工作天收到。

Delivery & Shipping
Cash on delivery (COD) is not available. We are sorry for any inconvenience cause to you.
If you have placed for a few orders, combine shipping is available here. So that you can save some money for the postage(same location)! The shipping cost is depends on the total weight of items, location and shipping method.
Once we have received your payment, we will deliver the goods to you within two(2) working days if we have stock. (except for the pre-order products)
Before we deliver the goods, all the goods are properly checked by us. So normally the goods should be all right. Don't worry!
Therefore, we do not hold any responsibility for any lost or damages during shipping!
Once we have deliver the goods, if you are using Pos Malaysia Poslaju Service as the delivery method, you will receive your goods in 1 to 2 working days!
And if you are using Pos Malaysia Register mail as the delivery method, for (West Malaysia) you will receive your goods in 3 to 5 working days and (East Malaysia) will receive in 5- 7 working days.

Poslaju East Malaysia : RM9/First 500g, Add RM4/Next 500g
(We will informed by email once receive your order if your parcel is over weight.)
2. Oversea Buyer please contact me.
Because postage for East Malaysia is really expensive, therefore we suggest that customer who are from East Malaysia please choose Register Mail (Pos Malaysia) as your delivery method. It is a more economy way and cheaper method for you (about 1 week time to reach your place).

- For PayPal user, you can direct transfer money to us with our registration email address. For those who don't have PayPal Account, no worries you don't have to register an account. We will send u an invoice through email, click on the link in the mail and you just need to follow few steps instruction to complete the payment via Credit or Debit Card. 100% Secure and Safe.
- Please do inform us about the payment. Transaction need 2 days working time, once payment receive item will send out.

Because the product's flow of our store is very fast, so all the products are as first come first serve basis. If you have placed an order or make the payment and we just out of stock. We will contact you immediately and refund back the money to you!
