我们店内所有的商品都是经过严格的甄选的，所有的护肤彩妆用品都是100%正品。所以各位MM不用担心商品的质量问题，可以放心在这里购物！
但是因为护肤彩妆用品都属特殊商品，效果以及是否引起过敏都是因人而异的。
我们只保证所有的护肤彩妆用品是正品但不保证效果，因为体质是因人而异的。如果各位GGMM用后，以“不喜欢”，“不适合我”，“用了皮肤过敏”等的理由要求退货，我们是不会接受的！
不是我们不负责任，而是在医学常识里一样产品对A君可能一周见效,B君则要一个月才见效,而C君可能完全无效！
而且因所出售所有的化妆工具涉及开封及卫生等问题，因此所有商品一经发货，不接受任何原因的退换货。
建议各位GGMM购买前做好功课，避免选择不合适的产品造成损失。

本店是不提供面交的，如有不便请见谅！
如果您下了多个订单，我们有提订单合并服务。这样您就可以节省运费了（同一个地方）！运费是根据各位GGMM所订购货物的重量、地点和快递的选择而计算的。
当我们收到各位GGMM付款后，如有货我们会在两个工作天内发货的。（预购的商品除外）
本店所有商品在发货前都会经过专人严厉的检查，以确保商品正常才发货的。所以大致上是没问题的，请各位GGMM放心。

当我们发货后，使用 Poslaju 的各位GGMM会在1至2个工作天就可以收到货哦！
而使用Register Mail 的各位GGMM（西马）会在3至5个工作天收到，（东马）会在5-7个工作天收到。

Our Products
All the products have been strictly selected by us and are 100% quality goods. We only sell products which are with the best quality and design for our customers. Therefore, you need not worry about the quality problem.
But all the skin care and make-up products all consider as special products, it is because that the results(effects) and whether will cause allergy is vary from person to person.
We only ensure that all the skin care and make-up products are quality goods, but we are not ensure for the results(effects). We do not accept any refund/exchange of product when after you have used the products, and giving reasons of "Do not like", "Not suitable for me", "Caused skin allergy" and etc.
Isn't that we are not irresponsible, it is because in the medical science of common sense: a same product P, to person A he/she may need a week to take effect, person B may need a month to take effect, and it may not take any effect to person C!
And due to unseal and hygiene problems, once we have deliver the products. All the skin-care and make-up products and tools are not allow to refund/exchange with any reasons.
We suggest that you do some "homework" before you place an order, to avoid that you have choose and buy some products which are not suitable for you and cause you a loss!
Therefore, please think and select carefully before you place an order!!
All the product's image might have some chromatic aberration due to the light reflection while taking the photograph or the color settings of different computer. Therefore, part of the products might have some color difference compare witht he actual object(product). The actual object(product) is the standard for all the products.

All the prices are NOT include the postage and we already given to our customers the preferential price. Please don't bargain over the price with us!! All prices are fixed and non-negotiable please!

Because the product's flow of our store is very fast, so all the products are as first come first serve basis. If you have placed an order or make the payment and we just out of stock. We will contact you immediately and refund back the money to you!

Once you have received your goods and find that the quantity of the goods is incorrect, please kindly contact us within 12 hours time 012-4691098! (However, this case is very seldom happen to us. It is because all the goods will be properly checked by us before we deliver it to you.)

Delivery & Shipping
Cash on delivery (COD) is not available. We are sorry for any inconvenience cause to you.
If you have placed for a few orders, combine shipping is available here. So that you can save some money for the postage(same location)! The shipping cost is depends on the total weight of items, location and shipping method.
Once we have received your payment, we will deliver the goods to you within two(2) working days if we have stock. (except for the pre-order products)
Before we deliver the goods, all the goods are properly checked by us. So normally the goods should be all right. Don't worry!
Therefore, we do not hold any responsibility for any lost or damages during shipping!
Once we have deliver the goods, if you are using Pos Malaysia Poslaju Service as the delivery method, you will receive your goods in 1 to 2 working days!
And if you are using Pos Malaysia Register mail as the delivery method, for (West Malaysia) you will receive your goods in 3 to 5 working days and (East Malaysia) will receive in 5- 7 working days.

2. Oversea Buyer please contact us for more detail.
Because postage for East is really expensive, therefore we suggest that customer who are from East Malaysia please choose Register Mail (Pos Malaysia) as your delivery method. It is a more economy way and cheaper method for you (about 1 week time to reach your place).
